ttdsm is a cozy, slightly feral Discord community for folks in and around Des Moines who build software, wrangle data, ship products, or just like hanging out with the people who do.
What you’ll find inside
This isn’t a “growth hack” server. It’s a living room with channels. Expect:

- Local meetups, coffee chats, and “who’s going to this thing?” threads
- Career and money conversations that aren’t LinkedIn‑polished

The rhythm
We’re mostly async. People pop in before work, between meetings, and late at night when they should be doing literally anything other than debugging CSS.
Every so often the server spills into real life: coffees, coworking, and the occasional “we all accidentally showed up at the same bar” moment.
